• Bring a list of your prescription medications.
• Confirm your medical history, including types of diseases and dates of surgerys.
• First visit is about one (1) hour
• You will have some paperwork to fill out, shouldn’t take more than 5 – 10 minutes
• Your Physical Therapist may ask you to complete an written assessment tool specific to your symptoms, condition and health.
• These assessment tools are used internationally and are essential invalidating the best possible care.
• Where comfortable clothing,  if you’re going to work after your appointment you can change here. You can also bring something to change into.
