Ben, who joined KPT in 2000 as a Physical Therapy Assistant, is also our Facilities Manager. His physical therapy experience includes inpatient and outpatient settings, plus he has extensive continuing education in Aquatic Physical Therapy, has studied at the Olympic Training Facility in China, and is a Certified Strength Training Specialist. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, and attended the World Confederation of Physical Therapy – in 2003 in Barcelona, Spain, 2007 in Vancouver, Canada, and 2011 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Ben contributed to Chapter 73 – Aquatic Therapy in the Geriatric Rehabilitation Manual- 2nd edition. He also assisted in the installation of the photovoltaic and thermal solar cells in our on-going mission to be a green facility. Outside interests include travel, photography, solar energy, scuba diving and bicycling.
